A PERFECT START TO YOUR DAY

Well, we all know very well that how most of us begin their day when you unwillingly leave your bed with lazy soul carrying your body.getting shower as quick as possible and leaving for work with breakfast in hands.most of the people start their day this way, but wait, do you think this will lead you to a better future? as we all know the answer- A big no!


We have heard "if you win the morning, you win the day",  the people we admire, desire start their day way too early in the morning. Michell Obama, Tim Cook, Howard Schultz and, many more successful personalities start their day early in the morning.


so basically the secret lies in the morning as how your day goes depends on how you start it. on that note, let's see some worthwhile ways to kick off your day that will make you win the day.





WAKE UP EARLY AND MAKE YOUR BED


It should be the first change in your routine, if you want to change your life then you must have time for yourself every morning. start your morning perfectly, as how you do anything is how you do everything.you should have time to perform every morning stuff with no hurry.





Making your bed every morning will give you a sense of accomplishment for achieving your first task of the day, also, doing so sets a positive tone for the rest of the day.


OXYGENATE YOUR BODY, MEDITATE


Deep breathing will help you oxygenate your body, make you feel relaxed and refreshing with improved oxygen uptake in the blood.    




Although it's a strenuous task, try to meditate for 15-30 minutes, breathe deeply, slowly, and fill your mind with positive thoughts. meditation will enhance your self-awareness and reduce anxiety and stress.


QUICK TWENTY MINUTE WORKOUT




Its time for some physical exercise, nothing out of the ordinary just sets of crunches, push-ups, or whatever you like to get your body going after the night rest. You can join the gym and it would be even better if you are going for running or cycling. Have an adequate amount of water to restore the lost fluids in the body after a workout.



TAKE A COLD SHOWER




I know its a heavy thing to do but it has a lot of positive affects, cold water resets your nervous system, it helps to increase your heart rate which pushes blood through your entire body, the process not only wakes up your body completely but also clears your mind.


GET YOURSELF GOOD FOOD




Consume some fresh fruits, juices, avoid oily food and try to eat protein enriched breakfast. You can have natural smoothy instead of coffee or tea. Most importantly, don't forget to stay hydrated all day long.Have a glass of water 15-20 minutes before breakfast to avoid overeating in the morning.


TO DO LIST TO IMPROVE PRODUCTIVITY



Making a todo list is always a good thing to make your day more efficient. Writing down things helps to structure your life.



 


You can execute your tasks more systematically and efficiently. Making a todo list will incredibly increase your productivity at work.


CHALLENGES WAITING FOR YOU AHEAD 





To be honest, the first couple of days of this experiment will be a total nightmare and if you are a night owl then it will be almost impossible for you to be an early bird.


Meditation will never go as smoothly in the beginning as its tough to control your mind, in fact, all your efforts to meditate will make you so relaxed that you'll go straight back to sleep.


Just don't ever give up to improve yourself, just get excited for your day, get excited about your life and dreams. all this will open your eyes to numerous possibilities and solutions you haven't noticed before ever.  ALL THE BEST!
